Refund Policy

Solutions Pneumatix inc. (operating as Industrial Box / La Boîte Industrielle) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit packages and subscription plans purchased through the Industrial Box website.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund of your order within 30 days of the order date. Refunds apply to credit packages and to the most recent billing period of a subscription. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Visit stripe.com and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order, or
• Email us at Industrialbox1@gmail.com with your order details and we will assist with your refund request.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
